He had spent most of his time since arriving in Athens finding himself a place to stay and otherwise sight seeing. Having decided that he would set roots here for now Erebus had made sure to find the local taverns and drinking holes. Most of the small, with an age old feel, locals having claimed each of them. But they were happy to share for the most part with torists and outsiders.
Perfect for what he wanted.
He sat in the middle of a group, most of whom were roaring with laughter at a joke Erebus had previously told about the ways of women, as soon as the joke had left his lips he had forgotten what the joke was but the laugher promised that it had gone down well.
With one foot up against a chair opposite him his elbow rested upon it, his upturned palm had his chin upon it.
In his other hand a pint of ale sat, half drank, reflecting its amber tones against the skin of his arm, which was exposed as was the other, Erebus wearing a white wife beater with black jeans. The usual black scuffed boots upon his feet.
He looked unusually messy having had a rough night's sleep but thankfully no one knew him well enough to know that wasn't the norm for him. None of them would be able to see that behind the laughing face hid an exhausted if not troubled mind.
"Well then who's up for another round my treat?" he asked the ones surrounding him. To which they all chimed happily in response.

Entering through the door and stopped in the middle of entrance, as she waited for her eyes to adjust and once they were she skimmed over customers within and slowly made her way to the bar and took a seat at the front. (What would you like? Dear) a smile crept upon her lips "Something light, please" the man gave a small nod and poured her a light beer and slid it towards her (Enjoy) her left hand curled around the glass and took slow and ease sips, as she wasn't really a drinker but it was hot day and and she needed something cold.
Head tilted on the side, as twisted fully around so black pearly pools could survey her surrounding. but she listened intently to the conversations being taken and smiled and giggles to herself, as she she finished her glass and waved for another.

Listening to all the drinks that the men around him wanted he stored them to memory and got up his hand hitting in good humour against the table as he told them he would be back in a moment after getting their orders.
Pacing off to the bar Erebus pulled in along side a new drinker to the establishment, one he hadn't seen in his travels around the city.
He noticed that she was laughing at the conversations they had been having and he smiled slightly leaning across the bar to tell one of the bar maids what his order was, ordering off eleven drinks. A vodka on the rocks for him.
Turning around so his back was against the bar leaning he waited for the drinks to be made. Taking the required money from his pocket he looked now over towards the woman. "Sorry if we are disturbing you" he then moved back to face the bar and handed his money across taking one of the two trays of drinks across to his table before returning to collect the second.

Eyes where ever watchful, but found the men and women of these lands both confusing, yet intriguing. Eyes skimmed over the bar as she watched women flirt openly a blink as the sound of flesh being hitted against something hard had drawed her eyes back to the table of men whose jokes had pulled a laugh from her a couple of times and soon they followed the male that came to the front of the bar and made his order to the bar maid.
Confusion fell as the man apologized , but before she could say something he left so she waited for him to return "No uses didn't disturb at all and sorry for eardropping" she stood and grabbed the tray and tured to face him and stretched her arms out so the tray was in front him "Sorry again sir" a small grace of a bow.

As he came up along side the bar to collect the second tray the woman who he had spoken to before now held it. Looking down and took the tray from her as she held it out for him to do so. He didn't get why she said sorry but he nodded with a smile anyway telling her that it was fine.
"No it's fine. I don't mind that you heard us it's a public house. Which means you have just as much right to be here as I do or as any of those guys do" he smiled again retreating back to his table not wanting to make her feel like she had to sit with them if she didn't want to.

Turning she nodded the bar maid for another. "My name Vedas" she watched as he returned to his seat and she also returned to her seat. Grasping the handle of glass and took a sip, as eyes roamed over the room once again and turned as the soft music had touched her ears; for a small pub the music was nice with a small dance floor and with that music had called to her and she left her things on counter made her way to the floor.
The music had soft drums beating that brought a sway and swing of hips, as she glided her feet across the floor and moved gracefully as the wind in the trees and with each sway a soft breeze entered the the room and surrounded the room in a cool airy wind.

Placing the tray onto the table Erebus put each drink infront of the person who had ordered it. Nodding with a smile as each of them thanked him he waved it all away.
Picking up both trays he turned around taking it back to the bar where he again paused beside the woman who had started speaking to him.
He didn't want to be rude and block her out of their conversations so once again he placed his back to the bar so he could see all within the tavern.
"Hello Vedas" He called to the woman who had moved over to the dance floor now and didn't seem bothered by dancing alone.

Swiveling around on the tips of her toes, as she tilted her head onto the side and lifted the pearly black gaze up and settled them on his eyes, as she stepped forwards and took a small bow "It's a pleasure, Erebus" the corner of her lips lifted into a smile "So, what brought you here" fingers curled around glass and took a small swing of light beer which was slowly tasting a lot better.
Wisp of black hair drifted across her face with little movement she made "Sorry i'm keeping you away from your friends" a polite bow of apologies flowed.

He watched her as she moved about on the dance floor, fluid movements complimenting the music. Her voice carried across to him easily despite the noise which was ever growing within the place. People enjoying themselves were seldom quiet.
"The company and the drink" he replied motioning his hand so she could look around and see all the establishment had to offer.
"Solitude can only last so long before it becomes a bore"
He nodded his head low as she bowed though he didn't turn away and go back to his 'friends' he had only known them for the afternoon he doubted they would miss him or even remember his name should he vanish out of sight. "You are keeping me from nothing"

"Well Erebus, what do you drink?" Head tilted a little onto the left side, as the black hues lifted up just that little bit so eyes were settled on him and also kept the room in clear sight "My shout" she slid past him and glanced over her shoulder "And solitude can be a bore but also depends on who you spend it with" turning her attention back on the bar as she waited.
"Just another light beer and whatever this gentleman wants" a slanted gaze fell on him with the corner of her lips lifting into a friendly smile.
